1 on 1 Personal training is where the best and fastest results are made. It is here that allows me to go super detailed and control our workouts. Passing on key tips and knowledge whilst we train to keep you forever progressing. 1 on 1 training can be done at my fully equipped PT studio based in Ealing, West London or house visits in the west London area.

  • I start with a consultation and fitness/strength assessment, gathering all measurements, photos and body fat test results.
  • I get to devise a plan to take us from week 1 all the way to your desired goal.
  • With all nutritional packages included, we control diet through calories and a tailored meal plan.
  • Consistent check ins and measurements to guarantee we are on track to your goal.

I have two options here, total online or Zoom video call sessions. This option works for all my clients overseas or those that can’t make it to the 1 on 1 sessions. Remote training requires discipline and enough self-motivation to get yourself in the gym and pushing hard!

Regardless of these sessions being remote. I have a full package that I’ve tailored specifically to cater for clients who take up this option.

  • Food diary and nutrition package to start compiling the info I need to tailor your diet to your goal.
  • personalised programmes for you to complete in the gym or at home.
  • Email and WhatsApp check ins.
  • Zoom sessions contain all of the above but allow me to be with you for your sessions in the gym.
  • Packages vary dependant on what option suits you best.

I provide tailored S&C to Taekwondo athletes looking to take their game to the next level. I have trained some of the biggest and best in the sport and working with such has allowed me to open the door into what I believe is a very under appreciated area of the TKD athlete.. S&C. For any fighter wanting to kick higher. , strike harder or move faster. This is what I offer. – 

  • Full S&C screening and consultation to understand current limitations.
  • Nutritional profile assessed and then tweaked dependant on goal (make weight or maintain).
  • Periodised structured planning of programmes focused on competition dates.

I want to help people simplify their nutrition to reach their goal. Let me remove the jargon and implement effective but easy to follow lifestyle changes. We can achieve this with meticulous action by me to make it quite frankly, a fool proof plan.
